Welcome to your January Challenge!! I am SO excited to start 2021 in the best way possible. It's time to get motivated and step into the best version of YOU this year.
You have 28 videos to complete over 28 days. The goal is to complete 5 workouts and 2 restorative classes per week.
Make sure to watch the goal setting video and do the journal prompts in the video description to prep for the challenge. There is also a nutrition video where I've linked some great nutrition resources, as well as written tips in the description.
All of the workouts in this challenge play list can be modified to be done without any equipment. There are tips below the video on how to modify.
**BEGINNER BABES** Please listen to your body and take additional rest days as needed, you can stretch this challenge out over 5 or 6 weeks. Make it work for you xx
