Last workout of the challenge is this super dreamy, toning mat class. In this sunset toning class we target the abs and inner thighs plus some bonus work for the booty and legs in general. This workout will help to tighten and slim your waistline and abs as well as toning the inner thighs/thigh gap area plus lengthening the leg muscles.
I use ankle weights and hand weights in the workout and I recommend using those pieces for extra resistance, if you want an ADVANCED workout. However the workout can definitely be done without any equipment and you will still get an amazing abs and inner thigh burn. Enjoy!!
