Low impact cardio day baby!! Love this for the last workout of the week. In this class we target the abs, lower belly and waistline area while getting an amazing fat-burning cardio workout. This class is LOW IMPACT but it is still HIGH ENERGY. Expect a sweaty, energising workout but without heavy impact on your knees and joints (no jumping, burpees etc). Time to get your GLOW on!! π₯π
