Active rest and recovery day! Today we have something a little bit different for you - a restorative class incorporating detoxifying dynamic movements as well as self-massage to support lymphatic drainage. This class will help to detoxify and de-bloat your belly, leaving you with better definition in your belly, waist and upper torso. In addition the dynamic twisting movement are specifically designed to aid digestion discharge of toxins. This is my go-to process to help me shed water-weight and belly bloat. It really works!!
